Annemarie Zeni

Annemarie Zeni is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of tax and accounting experience. She works with small and medium-sized businesses as well as individuals. Annemarie helps clients with tax preparation and tax planning as well as bookkeeping and consulting services. She also provides guidance in helping clients grow their businesses from creation to expansion. Prior to joining the firm, Annemarie was the owner of Zeni and Associates, LLC, a boutique accounting firm in Colts Neck, N.J., for 12 years. Before that, she was senior manager at Omnicom Group in charge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Team. Annemarie also worked at Cingular Wireless as a senior finance manager. She began her career at Lucent Technologies as a manager of the Financial Leadership Development Program and was promoted to senior manager in charge of bids and proposals. Licensed in New Jersey, Annemarie is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants where she serves as a co-chair of the Continued Education Committee for the Monmouth/Ocean County Chapter. A graduate of Seton Hall University, she also received her masters of business administration from the University. Annemarie is also involved in her local community serving as the Colts Neck Community Treasurer for the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. Annemarie resides in Colts Neck, with her husband David and their two children.


Laura Duddy

Laura joined the firm in 2017 as a result of the merger with Zeni and Associates. She has been in the public accounting field since 2013. Laura’s past experience includes more than eight years as a manager with KPMG’s Global Mobility department. She graduated from Pace University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Laura provides bookkeeping services as well as tax preparation and planning for both individual and business clients.

Claudia Ferro

Claudia Ferro has more than 12 years of tax and accounting experience. Claudia specializes in personal and business taxes, especially high-net-worth individual returns and real estate business needs. Prior to joining Bernicker, Eiger & Lang as a senior accountant, she worked for several other prominent New Jersey accounting firms. Claudia graduated magna cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned a Masters in Taxation. She lives in Toms River, N.J. And, in her spare time, Claudia enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Amanda Fetzer

Amanda Fetzer has been in the public accounting field since 2007. She graduated cum laude from Montclair State University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. She enjoys giving tax planning advice to her clients and has experience preparing tax returns for a wide range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and not for profit entities. She also has experience in preparing compiled and reviewed financial statements. Amanda has been with the firm since 2014 and is currently studying for the CPA exam.


Audrey Goodman

Audrey Goodman joined the firm in 2013 with over 25 years of experience in treasury, finance, and accounting.  Prior to joining the firm, Audrey served as Treasurer and Vice President for an international plastics manufacturing company.  Audrey provides bookkeeping and accounting services to small businesses and tax preparation services to individuals.


Theodore Kirsch
Theodore is a staff accountant with the firm.  Previously, Theodore was an accountant with another NJ accounting firm.  He has experience in general accounting, bookkeeping and preparing payroll reports.  A graduate of Drew University, Theodore received his masters of business administration with a concentration in accounting from Monmouth University.  He has also passed all parts of the CPA examination.  In his spare time, Theodore likes to travel, golf and ski.


Joann Letinic

Joann Letinic specializes in personal and corporate business tax as well as accounting for hedge funds. Joann promotes personal and business tax planning and utilizes tax strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and proficient in all features of the software. Joann has been in public accounting since 1999, after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Iona College.



Peggy McCormack

Administrative Assistant for the Hazlet Office. Peggy provides support to the company for the clients at the front desk, by answering the phones and being the first point of contact. A graduate of Brookdale Community College, she received an Associate's Degree in Business Management. Prior to joining the firm, Peggy worked for a Fortune 500 Company where she worked for over 20 years in the accounting field.




Kelli Puzio

Kelli Puzio prepares individual and business tax returns and performs bookkeeping services for many of the firm's business clients. Kelli also specializes in helping taxpayers resolve tax issues with the IRS and state tax agencies. In addition, she supervises the administrative staff to make sure everything in the office runs smoothly, especially during tax season. A Farleigh Dickinson University graduate, she has been with the firm since 2009.



Helene Robinson

Helene Robinson joined the firm in June 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. Helene has been providing client support and office administration for over 30 years. Helene is excited to take on her role here at Bernicker, Eiger & Lang, and continue to provide excellent client support. Helene is back on the East Coast after living in California for 20 years and she is looking forward to living her life here.
